Bush sarcastically calls Cheney "Angler" after the Washington Post series on Cheney titled "Angler." Cheney responds that a series on Bush could be called "Announcer" because Cheney makes the decisions and Bush announces them. Bush reminds Cheney that he could never have been elected president to which Cheney responds that every ventriloquist needs a dummy. 06.26.07
