In this Scribble, a static image of Bush shouts, "Iraq ... WMD." Cheney comes into the frame and looks at the word balloon above Bush. He reaches up with a marker and marks out the "Q" in Iraq and adds an "N" to turn the word into Iran. The word balloon above Bush ends up reading "Iran ... WMD." 10.26.07
