This Scribble is from July, 2005, originally done for my strip Thadeus & Weez. It has then press secretary Scott McClellan complaining to Karl Rove about all the heat he's taking over the Plame leak. Rove assures him that they're all in it together while putting a "kick me" sign on McClellan's back. With today's revelation from McClellan's new book that the cover-up ran all the way up to the president without McClellan knowing so at the time, the cartoon seemed spot on. 11.20.07
