Condoleeza Rice begins her confirmation process for Secretary of State. She's a shoe-in. Once she becomes the boss, she'll face two power-masters of the Bush administration who have their own, strong views of American foreign policy -- Donald Rumsfeld and Dick Cheney. Though Rice has George W. Bush's ear, the other two are seasoned, Washington infighters. This could be interesting.
