Donald Rumsfeld will be sworn in to testify before the Senate Armed Services Committee today. At his stewardship, the United States has been unable to release its annual human rights report for fear of being ridiculed by the world. Bush, on who's stewardship America has undertaken torture and imperialism, something that Pat Buchanan calls by an oxymoron "democratic imperialism."
